The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was enacted in the United States in 1996. This application provides an offline database of the US Code of Federal Regulations Title 45 Parts 160, 162 and 164 which encompass the HIPAA regulations and their amendments. These regulations are current as of 1 October 2015.
